Thibault LACHACINSKI, a member of the Paris Bar since 2008 and holder of the Intellectual Property Law specialization certificate, is a partner at FAJGENBAUM. He advises and represents clients in litigation before French and European courts, with a focus on intellectual property, sports, and artificial intelligence law..
Thibault provides ongoing support to sports federations, local authorities, and companies in the protection and promotion of their rights.
Thibault is the co-author of the Study on Sports Organisers’ Rights in the European Union (ASSER Institute, 2014), several publications for WIPO, and the LexisNexis chapters Motifs relatifs de refus – Noms de personnes morales de droit public (2022) and Marques et sport (2023), co-written with Fabienne Fajgenbaum. He is also a regular speaker in academic and professional training programs, including at the French National School for the Judiciary (ENM), the CDES in Limoges, and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master in Sports Law).
